The applicant is MineWater LLC,who is applying for a permit to <br /> move and sort pre-existing mine waste material on a small site near the Town of Alma, in Park County, <br /> Colorado. The proposed permitted site is called the London Mine, and lies at approximately 11,500 to <br /> 12,000 feet of elevation, consisting entirely of pre-existing mining-disturbed land. No excavations or <br /> processing will be carried out on the site. <br /> The site location is about five miles west of Alma on South Mosquito Creek; more specifically described <br /> as the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 18, and E1/2 SW1/4 of Section 7,T9S, R78W, 6`h PM. <br /> Pursuant to Hard Rock and Metals Rule 6.3.2(d),the DRMS requires the applicant to request a statement <br /> from CPW to verify that no critical or important wildlife habitats or wildlife species will be impacted by <br /> the proposed operation. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions.
