3.1.2 Reclaiming Substituted Land <br /> Section not applicable. <br /> 3.1.3 Time Limit and Phased Reclamation <br /> Cheyenne County will follow these conditions with the exception that the <br /> complete mining area will be reclaimed once all material has been excavated, as <br /> agreed to by Cheyenne County and the owner of the land. <br /> 3.1.4 Public Use <br /> There are no established recreational uses for this parcel. <br /> 3.1.5 Reclamation Measures -Materials Handling <br /> Cheyenne County will comply with all provisions except Paragraph (5) which <br /> does not apply because no refuse and acid-forming or toxic producing materials <br /> will be produced. <br /> 3.1.6 Water General Requirements <br /> Cheyenne County will follow these conditions. <br /> 3.1.7 Groundwater- Specific Requirements <br /> The operations in the permitted area are not reasonably expected to impact the <br /> groundwater for the following reasons: <br /> 1. No materials will be excavated below the groundwater table. <br /> 2. No surface impoundments that could potentially produce enhanced <br /> infiltration will be constructed. <br /> 3. No refuse and acid-forming or toxic producing materials will be produced by <br /> the proposed operations. <br /> 4. No materials that could potentially release deleterious will be removed or <br /> placed in the permit area. <br /> 3.1.8 Wildlife <br /> The local Colorado Parks and Wildlife office was contacted for information and <br /> guidance. Exhibit H contains the letter from the Area Wildlife Manager. The <br /> County will maintain communication with the Division of Wildlife should any <br /> concerns arise. <br /> E-2 <br />
