The contractor must carry a minimum of $600,000 <br /> combined single limit. <br /> VENDOR OFFSET <br /> Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-30-202.4 (as amended), the State Controller may withhold debts owed to <br /> state agencies under the vendor offset intercept system for: (a) unpaid child support debt or child <br /> support arrearages; (b) unpaid balance of tax, accrued interest, or other charges specified in <br /> Article 22, Title 39, C.R.S.; (c) unpaid loans due to the student loan division of the Department of <br /> Higher Education; (d) owed amounts required to be paid to the unemployment compensation <br /> fund; and (e) other unpaid debts owing to the State or any agency thereof, the amount of which <br /> is found to be owing as a result of final agency determination or reduced to judgment as certified <br /> by the controller. <br /> Work Description <br /> The attached General Conditions for Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Terms and <br /> Conditions apply to all work. <br /> Work items include rental hours for a dozer and hauling and placement of limestone waste rock <br /> on the regraded mill tailings. The amount of limestone waste rock moved will depend upon the <br /> funds available. <br /> Bid Item #1 Mobilization and Demobilization. See General Bid Specifications, Colorado Inactive <br /> Mine Reclamation Program, 1996. <br /> Bid Item #2 Up to 40 hours of dozer time (Catepillar D-6, equivalent, or larger) will be used to <br /> construct a drainage channel through the Butte Mill Tailings, regrade eroded portions of the mill <br /> tailings, and spread limestone waste rock. All the rental work will be directed by the Project <br /> Manager. A portion of the mill tailings may be too wet to work.
