PRIMARY RECLAMATION ACTIVITY <br /> Current Site Conditions: <br /> The current site condition is described in Section III. <br /> Reclamation Plan Performance Standard (End Use): <br /> While the ultimate site configuration is considered to be commercial/industrial development,with rangeland <br /> as an alternative use,this estimate provides the costs that are necessary to achieve safe and stable conditions <br /> consistent with these end uses.The Reclamation Plan recommends final slopes that have a maximum ratio of <br /> 3:1(Horizontal:Vertical),with 4:1(H:V)and 5:1(H:V)in some areas as necessary.The erosion control measures <br /> described in the following sheets will help maintain slope stabilization for these requirements. <br /> Describe tasks, methods, equipment, etc: <br /> Erosion control tasks,specifically installation of straw wattles,methods,and equipment are described on the <br /> following sheets. <br /> Provide Quantities: <br /> See following sheets. <br /> Exhibit L-Reclamation Cost Estimate www.sespeconsulting.com <br />
