Kiewit I Fountain Colony Pit September 6, 2022 <br /> disturbed land remaining. The portions of Phase I and Phase II excluded in this TR have been fully <br /> reclaimed and/or include undisturbed land. Reclamation is complete in Phase III and Phase IV.Attachment <br /> C—Site Photos shows the current reclamation status of each phase from a Site visit conducted on August <br /> 17, 2022. <br /> Currently, Kiewit is occupying approximately 8.0 acres of land within Phase IV for the temporary storage <br /> of various construction equipment. Per TR#4, Phase IV will be removed from the Reclamation Permit and <br /> Plan, and therefore, this temporary storage area will no longer be within the permit and affected land <br /> area. As part of the development, this equipment is planned to be stored in the same general area. <br /> Furthermore, detention basins constructed with riprap were implemented within Phase I, Phase II, Phase <br /> III, and Phase V.These structures will remain at the Site to prevent erosion for future development. <br /> The details of reclamation status are summarized by phase below in Table 2. The acreages in Table 2 <br /> reflect all reclaimed or undisturbed areas with regards to the current Reclamation Permit and Plan prior <br /> to TR#4.This accounts for the estimated 4.0 acres in the permit and affected area that will be subject to <br /> future reclamation. while certain phases or areas within phases are fully reclaimed or undisturbed, they <br /> remain bonded.Therefore, this TR would also revise the bond amount to reflect the reclaimed status of <br /> these areas. Moreover,as described in the approved Reclamation Plan,some areas would not require full <br /> reclamation in the case of industrial and/or commercial development.
