Kiewit I Fountain Colony Pit September 6, 2022 disturbed land remaining. The portions of Phase I and Phase II excluded in this TR have been fully reclaimed and/or include undisturbed land. Reclamation is complete in Phase III and Phase IV.Attachment C—Site Photos shows the current reclamation status of each phase from a Site visit conducted on August 17, 2022. Currently, Kiewit is occupying approximately 8.0 acres of land within Phase IV for the temporary storage of various construction equipment. Per TR#4, Phase IV will be removed from the Reclamation Permit and Plan, and therefore, this temporary storage area will no longer be within the permit and affected land area. As part of the development, this equipment is planned to be stored in the same general area. Furthermore, detention basins constructed with riprap were implemented within Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Phase V.These structures will remain at the Site to prevent erosion for future development. The details of reclamation status are summarized by phase below in Table 2. The acreages in Table 2 reflect all reclaimed or undisturbed areas with regards to the current Reclamation Permit and Plan prior to TR#4.This accounts for the estimated 4.0 acres in the permit and affected area that will be subject to future reclamation. while certain phases or areas within phases are fully reclaimed or undisturbed, they remain bonded.Therefore, this TR would also revise the bond amount to reflect the reclaimed status of these areas. Moreover,as described in the approved Reclamation Plan,some areas would not require full reclamation in the case of industrial and/or commercial development. As such, removal of areas still subject to final reclamation would be consistent with the Reclamation Plan, given the conforming end use. The Reclamation Plan Map provided as Exhibit F—Reclamation Plan Map, Attachment B illustrates the reclamation status of the Site.The cross-sections displayed on the Reclamation Plan Map show the post- reclamation surface elevations.
