Kiewit I Fountain Colony Pit September 6, 2022 <br /> 6.0 EXHIBIT L-RECLAMATION COST ESTIMATE <br /> In accordance with Rule 6.4.12, a Reclamation Cost Estimate for each of the major work items described <br /> below for the areas subject to reclamation are summarized and presented in Exhibit L—Reclamation Cost <br /> Estimate,Attachment B. <br /> Item 1.0— Straw Wattle Installation <br /> This item covers the installation of straw wattles for erosion control on an estimated 2,000 <br /> linear feet of slope tops and toes. The operator will be required to install these erosion <br /> control features to prevent the degradation of slopes to benefit future development. <br /> Item 2.0— Revegetation <br /> It is anticipated that the approximate revegetation area will cover 4.0 acres, with a 10% <br /> contingency. This includes areas within Phase I, Phase II, and Phase V where prior seeding <br /> was unsuccessful or has yet to occur, Seeding/reseeding of the reclaimed areas assumes a <br /> native seed mix comprised of the species and mixtures approved in the Reclamation Permit <br /> and Plan that have performed well during previous revegetation operations.
