The West Taylor Fill was inspected. Due to the safety ranges placed for the blast,the <br /> blast was not visually observed. <br /> dl <br /> Blast area prepared in Collom Pit. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The Final East Pit Ditch and North Trib,East Pit Ditch were inspected. Both ditches were dry and stable. Stock <br /> tanks associated with each ditch held minimal water. <br /> Streeter and Prospect Ponds were inspected.Both ponds held water but only the Streeter Pond was discharging at <br /> the time of the inspection. Embankments were stable and vegetated and no issues were observed. <br /> Taylor Ditch,East Taylor and a portion of Buckskin Draw ditches located in the West Pit were inspected with no <br /> issues. <br /> The Section 25 Pond and Section 26 Pond located in Collom were inspected. The Section 25 Pond was receiving <br /> maintenance at the time of the inspection to prevent leaking in the primary discharge pipe. Water levels were <br /> pumped well below the discharge levels of the pond and area around the pipe was being compacted. The Section <br /> 26 pond held minimal water with no discharge.No issues observed. <br />
