Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Colowyo Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on August 31,2022.Tom Fry representing Colowyo Coal Company <br /> (Colowyo)accompained the inspection. The weather for inspection was clear with dry gound conditions.High <br /> temperatures during the inspection were around 88 degrees fahrenheit <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Spoil movement by dragline was occurring within the South Taylor Pit. Spoil is being moved from the active area <br /> in the west and ridged to the east. <br /> Excess spoil is being excavated at the West Pit to bring down to approximate original contour above the Taylor <br /> Ditch.
