Structures will only be on lands <br /> owned by Tezak or Colorado Quarries. <br /> Structures that are of use only for mining will be <br /> removed; the landowner may opt to retain other <br /> structures (such as an all-purpose metal <br /> c. Removal of building) for use on the privately-owned portion N N <br /> structures of the site. The operator will ensure that such - - <br /> structure is in compliance with Custer County <br /> land use. Any structural removal will happen in <br /> year 1 or 2. <br /> d. Access The access road will remain as a permanent <br /> roads/trails feature. The road is located on lands owned by Y N N <br /> Tezak or Colorado Quarries. <br /> e.
