Final <br /> reclamation will be carried out toward full <br /> c. Post-closure completion of reclamation plan. Site will be <br /> monitoring monitored for erosion,weeds,revegetation, and - N N - <br /> remedied as needed. Inspections for final <br /> reclamation will be conducted twice per year. <br /> S. Interim&Final Reclamation <br /> 1.) Remove mining equipment and materials. 2.) <br /> Remove stockpiled product. This will occur in <br /> a. Sequence and year 1 after mining. 3.)Perform last remaining Y N <br /> timing earthwork and spread remaining topsoil on N - <br /> operations area. 4.)Revegetate last topsoiled <br /> areas. This will occur in years 1 and 2. <br /> Land use of the non-pit area will be either <br /> b. Final land rangeland (on graded and revegetated areas) or <br /> use and light industrial (on pad areas, which may <br /> possibly still contain structures to be used by the - N N - <br /> composition landowner). Structures will only be on lands <br /> owned by Tezak or Colorado Quarries. <br /> Structures that are of use only for mining will be <br /> removed; the landowner may opt to retain other <br /> structures (such as an all-purpose metal <br /> c. Removal of building) for use on the privately-owned portion N N <br /> structures of the site. The operator will ensure that such - - <br /> structure is in compliance with Custer County <br /> land use. Any structural removal will happen in <br /> year 1 or 2. <br /> d. Access The access road will remain as a permanent <br /> roads/trails feature. The road is located on lands owned by Y N N <br /> Tezak or Colorado Quarries. <br /> e. Benches& The pit will be mined such that the benches and Y N Dependent <br /> slopes slopes are stable in the long-term, and the will N on the <br /> A-22 <br />
