Based on the <br /> observations by Iron Woman,the on-site operations may be adjusted to accomplish the best management <br /> practices to promote a safe working environment. <br /> • Initial survey,personal periodic monitoring for Iron Woman employees <br /> • Assuring that the proper personal protective equipment is worn once a level of protection is <br /> established <br /> • Conducting daily health and safety meetings before work begins on-site and follow-up <br /> discussions as required. <br /> • Contacting the project manager and Certified Industrial Hygienist(CIH)on any matters <br /> concerning the health and safety of employees or the public when air-monitoring results are <br /> above action levels. <br /> • Reviewing level of protection and order a change if dictated by changes in the environment <br /> relative to the established action levels. <br /> Site Foremen <br /> The Site Foremen's primary responsibility is to implement the safety program at the project daily. The <br /> foreman will be the site safety representative and will lead the daily pre-task safety meetings. <br /> Additionally the foreman will insure that all new personnel to the site receive site orientation and <br /> instruction on this SHEAP prior to site access. <br /> Specific safety activities include: <br />
