The pit will be located in the future mine limit of what will be Phase 1 of a DRMS 112 permit
which is currently under review. In the event that mining under this permit is complete prior to
approval of the DRMS 112 permit or the DRMS 112 permit is not approved, reclamation will
begin and the side slopes above the sand and gravel used as the infiltration zone and outside
of the pond will be reseeded.
(iii) state the grass, forb,shrub and tree species to be planted and the applicable
quantities. Specify the quantity of each grass and forb species as pounds of pure
live seed per acre;
