vehicle. All trucks will be properly permitted for highway use and meet weight requirements for <br /> county and state highways. All drivers will have CDL (Commercial Drivers License) if required for <br /> the vehicle being operated. Haul Trucks: For planning purposes, see traffic counts and schedules <br /> below. <br /> Generally twice each year, traffic will increase slightly for three to four days as the processing <br /> plant used to produce construction materials is moved into and out of the site (deployed). Small <br /> vehicles (sedans/SUVs/pickups) will travel to and from the site daily during periods of operation, <br /> carrying workers, supervisors, inspectors, and support personnel (parts delivery, supplies, etc.). <br /> Some single-unit trucks to deliver fuel, water, and personnel and parts to maintain equipment will <br /> go to and from the site several times per week. <br /> Pit Roads (Haul): Figure M-3-1. Access Road <br /> Various other pit roads will be constructed and used Fyn <br /> in the permit area for various periods of time.
