Stormwater Management Plan <br /> BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, MONITORING, INSPECTION AND <br /> MAINTENANCE <br /> EROSION CONTROAL MEASURE(ECM) <br /> 1. ECMs will be implemented to manage stormwater and to prevent sediment <br /> from entering the waters of the State at the following locations, <br /> a. access roads <br /> b. aboveground storage tank(AST)fuel storage location, and <br /> C. areas prone to sheet wash erosion <br /> Where appropriate, the following stormwater management controls measures will be utilized <br /> where necessary: (See (Appendix 1--Site Drainage Report.) <br /> 1. Geotextiles, mats, and erosion control blankets, <br /> 2. Wattles (Fiber Rolls), <br /> 3. Check dams, <br /> 4. Berms, <br /> 5. Sediment traps <br /> 6. Rock dams. <br /> 7. Diversion Ditches <br /> 8. Culvert outlet protection and <br /> 9. Vehicle tracking pad(s) <br /> MONITORING <br /> a) ECMs will be inspected once a month and after significant precipitation for the period <br /> between June and September(see Inspection and Maintenance section and Inspection <br /> Reports (appendix 4) for more details). <br /> b) Road water control maintenance will routinely be conducted. <br /> Stormwater Management Controls <br /> 1. Storm Water Management Plan(SWMP)Administration <br /> a.
