C. Monuments: All monuments shall be clearly surveyed and labeled within survey file. All <br /> section corners and existing property pins shall be located. Section corners(minimum of three) <br /> shall be located or established for development of new property parcels. Research of <br /> monuments shall be the responsibility of the Contractor prior to site visit. <br /> D. Control shall be clearly established on the site. Contractor will be responsible for establishing a <br /> minimum of three control points that can be located within the site development area. Control <br /> shall be clearly established in an area that will preserve the horizontal and vertical information. <br /> Marked rebar(12 IN minimum depth)shall be used for control points. <br /> E. Underground utilities shall be located and surveyed in via["Call before you dig 811"]locate <br /> services. All private and public underground utilities shall be located. Utilities survey <br /> information shall include the name of the corresponding utility company with the field marking. <br /> F. Power and electrical utilities shall be located and surveyed. All power poles,anchors,electrical <br /> structures,etc.,shall be surveyed. Overhead electric lines crossing the survey site shall have the <br /> next adjacent pole(s)in all directions surveyed in. Utility owner information shall be provided <br /> with survey. <br /> G. Any additional surface utilities,including but not limited to: manholes,light structures,storm <br /> drains,fiber optics,railroads,inlets,utility boxes,hydrants,and valves shall be provided. <br /> Research of site utilities shall be completed prior to field survey visit. <br /> H. All visible site structures,including but not limited to: buildings,fences,gates,junk piles,signs, <br /> mailboxes,concrete structures(top and bottom of concrete),walk paths,and cattle guards shall <br /> be surveyed. <br /> I. Culverts shall be located and surveyed;inlets and outlet elevation shall be provided along with <br /> culvert size and type. <br /> J. A 3D TIN surface shall be developed with the approved CAD software. Contractor shall review <br /> and prepare a 3D TIN surface to be used for grading and volume calculations. <br /> K. Survey notes and legend information shall be included in survey deliverables. <br /> L. Site photos shall include site features, including but not limited major structure,utilities or any <br /> additional items that may require removal to allow for site development. Adjacent roads, <br /> structures,property boundaries,etc.,shall be photographed. All storm drains,culverts,and <br /> storm structures shall be clearly photographed. <br /> 3.3 WORKMANSHIP AND METHODS <br /> A. Provide equipment capable of recording horizontal and vertical measurements within 1/100 FT <br /> degree of accuracy. <br /> B. Contractor is responsible for meeting local surveying best practices and plat recording <br /> requirements. <br /> C. Contractor is responsible for providing additional survey equipment if needed when GPS <br /> equipment may not be suitable. <br /> D.
