Disposal of non-contaminated earthen materials will be to an existing on-site repository. <br /> 29 B. Disposal of debris encountered during excavation will be sent to a controlled landfill. <br /> 30 1.7 TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 31 A. Earth materials placed in the on-site repository will require restoration and seeding in <br /> 32 accordance with Section 32 90 00—Restoration and Seeding. <br /> 33 B. It is assumed that all earth materials requiring transportation or on-site disposal will not be <br /> 34 considered to contain hazardous contaminated substances or hazardouswaste. If hazardous <br /> 35 materials are encountered during reclamation,the CONTRACTOR will stop work <br /> 36 immediately and notify OWNER.The OWNER will then notify the appropriate response <br /> 37 agencies. <br /> 38 C.
