EXHIBIT D <br /> MINING PLAN AND TIMETABLE <br /> Unless specifically discussed below the methods described <br /> in the original 110 permit from 2009, and the Permit conversion <br /> application from September 2013 will be used. This application <br /> packet is based on the 2013 conversion and has been updated or <br /> revised to cover the addition of the 20 . 18 acres being added to <br /> the permit . <br /> HISTORY <br /> On May 8, 2009 the original 110 permit for 9 . 99 acres was <br /> approved to allow mining at the WSG-Hribar Pit . In September <br /> 2013, a conversion application was filed to increase the permit <br /> to 26. 73 acres . The area added surrounded the original 9. 99 <br /> acres and was to increase the reserves at the mine. This <br /> conversion was approved on December 2, 2013 and the bond set at <br /> $50, 500 . 00 . <br /> This amendment adds 20 . 18 acres to the permit area along <br /> the east and north side of the existing permit . The areas to <br /> be added are: the north side 5 . 85 acres, and on the east, 14 . 33 <br /> acres that is part of a Huerfano County Permit M-2013-016. <br /> This brings the total permit area to 46 . 91 acres ±. Much of the <br /> new area was (is)part of the Huerfano County - Orphan View <br /> Gravel Pit . Huerfano County is or will shortly release the <br /> western portion of their permit area that is included in this <br /> amendment . This is a sand and gravel operation and no second- <br /> ary commodities will be produced at the mine. <br /> LOCATION <br /> This is an open pit mine located approximately 8 . 7 miles <br /> north northwest of Walsenburg, Colorado on County Road 613 . <br /> From Walsenburg take I-25 north, 8 .23 miles to exit 59 (Butte <br /> Road Exit) ; the west frontage road at this exit provides access <br /> to County Road 613 just north of the off ramp. Take CR 613 <br /> west 1 . 5 miles to a farm road on the south; follow this farm <br /> road approximately 300 feet to the mine entrance. Mining <br /> access will be via this existing road that is a owned by the <br /> landowner to access his property from CR 613 . It is currently <br /> 20 feet wide and the location as shown on the map exhibits <br /> supplied with this application. Periodic grading will be <br /> necessary to keep the road in its present condition. It will <br /> remain after mining is complete.
