Kessler will start excavating <br /> to—8" below finished ditch grade. Then they will build up the alignment with clean fill until up to <br /> top of ditch bank elevations. Then they will excavate out the trapezoidal ditch section. <br /> Minor cleanup at the wall's trapezoid section was discussed; grout some small voids and grind any <br /> sharp edge or abnormality to limit chance of concrete damaging the geomembrane. <br /> Kessler sees hauling the contaminated fill directly to the Minnesota adit as time prohibitive and <br /> is hoping to get approval to stockpile fill in the valley bottom to keep NWRP productivity high. <br /> Inspector: Sam Lowe Date: 8/18/2020 <br />
