(5) The operator commits to proper placement, grading,and surface manipulation including disc <br /> work or contour furrowing of the planting materials to enhance soil stability,collect and retain <br /> moisture,and promote vegetative development. <br /> (6) A weed control program will be established via timely site inspections and treatment follow up <br /> as determined by the Fremont County Weed Control Department,Canon City,CO. <br /> (7) The site will have ample fire-fighting equipment access during the life of mine via large truck <br /> turning areas and product loading areas for trucks. Access will remain in the central portions of <br /> the reclaimed areas after completion of reclamation as single track trails for pick up and smaller <br /> equipment access(tractors). <br /> (8) Revegetation (grass establishment)efforts will be planned for all area with the exception of the <br /> main haul road (22'wide)and circular loop of road in the existing pit area. <br /> (9) Other than a small area (<1/8ac)at the bottom of the sediment pond structure that may be <br /> under water for short period of time after storm events,there are no known adverse conditions <br /> that may restrict or limit vegetative development. <br />
