Phase Four consists of 1 proiect area.
5) Purple Pipe—This is a 0.01 acre area we intend to explore and possibly add to the Ridgetop Project
Area that is located 40 feet NW of the Ridgetop Project area. All waste dirt and rock will be routed into
Ridgetop Project area with possibly a small waste rock pile nearby. Connecting this to Ridgetop
completely will use an additional 0.01 acres. Since this will be done AFTER the Midway and Connector
Project Areas, we intent to add this area concurrent with operations, and while Midway and Connector
Project areas stabilize and allow for seed growth.
Our initial plan was for this to be a surface pit, possibly connected to the Ridgetop Project Area and
utilizing the Ridgetop Soil &Waste Rock areas. But further inspection is pointing towards a pre-existing
underground working heading in that direction. We submitted the project area to be included in our
TOTAL disturbance. At this point we wish to tag this as an underground mine that will be worked from
the main pit in the Ridgetop Project Area. Please leave this project area within the disturbance as it is an
area that has not been PREVIOUSLY disturbed, as most of the other project areas; and would be the
only area that has not been affected by previous generations of mining and use.
Miners Mall commits to report ANY technical or surface use changes to BLM and DRMS as a revision or
modification. We feel the time frame of this project start date will be specified in a later amendment or
technical revision.
Total Project AOD(including access, disturbance and storage) =0.02 acres
Phase Five consists of 1 proiect area.
6)Yet unnamed Project Area. —This area is located between the Midway Project and Siberia Project
Areas. This 0.02 area will be split in half to allow initial waste dirt and rock zone to create a portal into
the ridge. This project is SEVERAL years out and will occur after all other project areas are complete
and in reclaimation state, awaiting future stabilizing and seed growth. The Siberia Project area is
expected to still be in use when this project starts. With the concurrent reclaimation and operations,we
would like to add this 0.02 acre area for future portal exploration.
Our plan is for this to be a grated portal with a small access pad. This will be an underground project.
The upper area of this project area is previously disturbed tailings (used to construct a road in the 40s).
We would like this project area calculated into our TOTAL disturbance to allow future prospecting of this
section at a later date.
Miners Mall commits to report ANY technical or surface use changes to BLM and DRMS as a revision or
modification. We feel the time frame of this project start date will be specified in a later amendment or
technical revision. No actual work or development of this project area will occur unless gaining prior
approval from the DRMS to commence this phase.
