CDRMS annual inspection determined the pad's overall vegetation comprises of several <br /> species of grasses and shrubs. The Pad appears as a clearing and naturally blends with <br /> surroundings. Final reclamation has been achieved. <br /> 60-21-199 <br /> The 8 installed Hydrology wells were plugged and abandoned fall of 2014, the plugging report <br /> submitted to CDRMS October 17, 2014. The well casings were cut off at 4ft below final grade, <br /> a metal cap welded with well name identification scribed on cap. The final reclamation phase <br /> was completed in the fall of 2014. The pad and access road was de-compacted and restored <br /> to existing grade, stabilized topsoil was utilized to provide approximately 4" of topsoil covering <br /> prior to seeding. The pad was drill seeded per the approved BLM seed mix, stabilized by weed <br /> free straw mulch. The continued efforts of the noxious and annual weed management and spot <br /> seeding created a diverse vegetation throughout the pad, including volunteer Rabbit and Sage <br /> brush. CDRMS annual inspection determined the pad has been grazed extremely hard. <br /> Grasses make up approximate 70% of the vegetation with rabbit and sage brush throughout <br /> the pad. Final reclamation has been achieved. <br /> 61-22-199 (B5-22) <br /> The single installed Hydrology wells was plugged and abandoned fall of 2007, the plugging <br /> report submitted to CDRMS December 13, 2007. The well casings were cut off at 4ft below <br /> final grade, a metal cap welded with well name identification scribed on cap. The site was <br /> rebuilt in anticipation drilling the MZ well, the program was cancelled. The final reclamation <br /> phase was completed in the fall of 2008. The pad and access road was de-compacted and <br /> restored to existing grade, stabilized topsoil was utilized to provide approximately 4" of topsoil <br /> covering prior to seeding. The pad was drill seeded per the approved BLM seed mix, stabilized <br /> by weed free straw mulch. The continued efforts of the noxious and annual weed management <br /> and spot seeding created a diverse vegetation throughout the pad, including volunteer Rabbit <br /> and Sage brush. CDRMS annual inspection determined the short access road had good plant <br /> establishment. The pad's vegetation in some areas has been grazed but is present in adequate <br /> densities and will recover, overall the pad has lots of grasses and some shrub volunteers. Final <br /> reclamation has been achieved. <br /> 64-28-199 (B7-28) <br /> The 5 installed Hydrology wells were plugged and abandoned fall of 2010, the plugging report <br /> submitted to CDRMS October 07, 2010.
