80% plus cover, evidence of grazing but the plant structure exists. Final reclamation has been
achieved.
7-18-298
The 8 installed Hydrology wells were plugged and abandoned fall of 2015, the plugging report
submitted to CDRMS October 25, 2015. The well casings were cut off at 4ft below final grade,
a metal cap welded with well name identification scribed on cap. The final reclamation phase
was completed in the fall of 2015. The pad and access road was de-compacted and restored
to existing grade, stabilized topsoil was utilized to provide approximately 4" of topsoil covering
prior to seeding. The pad was drill seeded per the approved BLM seed mix, stabilized by weed
free straw mulch. The continued efforts of the noxious and annual weed management and spot
seeding ensured no weed problem enabling the pad to naturally return to the surrounding
vegetation, primary sage brush. CDRMS annual inspection determined the pad's vegetation
density and diversity is comparable to surrounding vegetation and blends naturally with
surroundings. Final reclamation has been achieved.
11-16-298
The 7 installed Hydrology wells were plugged and abandoned fall of 2015, the plugging report
submitted to CDRMS October 21, 2015.
