The last compaction test located in the notebook was performed in June 2019. <br />GCC needs to file the recent compaction tests. <br />First quarter 2020 subsidence report needs to be filed. <br />GCC needs to file 2019 engineer's certification of Ponds for the King I mine. <br />NPDES reports are submitted online to CDPHE and copied to DRMS. As such, GCC does not print out copies of <br />the NPDES reports. This pool was approximately well below the discharge elevation. It was apparent that the water elevation <br />had been nowhere near discharging from this pond. The pond inslopes and outslopes are vegetated and no <br />erosional features were noted on the embankment. No animal burrows were noted either. The spillway riser was <br />clear of debris. <br />Both West and East ponds at King I mine were dry. Both ponds visually appeared to have adequate storage <br />capacity. <br />Ditches: ditches throughout the King II site were in good condition. CWD-1A west clearwater ditch had been <br />cleaned of sediment and shaped recently. The Hay Gulch ditch (not a mining feature) was flowing. The CWD-2 <br />East Clearwater ditch had been recently cleaned of sediment and shaped. ID -4 had a timber spilled into it that <br />needs to be cleared. <br />Culverts: Cl, C2, C3, CI 1, C12, C13, C16, C9, C8, and C6 at the King II facilities were clear. C17a inlet need <br />material cleaned out. Water is able to flow through, but material has sloughed in front of the culvert inlet. <br />Silt fencing at the gravel storage area at King II need to be replaced or repaired. <br />At the King I mine area the ditches were in good condition. The Clearwater diversion ditch on the north side of <br />the upper refuse area was in good condition.
