Focus on the health of existing;businesses While simultaneously recruiting new business and <br /> industry. The goal within a five-year period is to add to the County's tax base by 5-10%. <br /> LDS 17 Encourage mixed-use development within appropriate areas which includes a variety of employment options for <br /> residents. <br /> 6. The Greenway Master Plan identifies the location of the trail as being South of Clear Creel< on the subject property. <br /> 7. The property owner has offered an easement to be located between Clear Creek and U.S. Hwy. 6,on the subject <br /> property,as shown on Exhibit A, for the Clear Creek County Greenway Trail,and it is understood that the casement will <br /> be conveyed to the County for such purposes. <br /> S. After approval,a new well will be developed for the subject properly, <br /> but given this time frame the hauling in of water is necessary, until approval is granted by the State Engineer's Office. <br /> Commercially available potable water shall be supplied for the employees on-site.
