All hazardous materials and petroleum products must be handled and stored in accordance with all applicable <br /> laws and regulations. <br /> The applicant has stated Unit no hazardous materials will be stored on the subject property and any petroleum <br /> products will be stored in accordance with federal and state requirements. <br /> P. LIGHTING <br /> Any outdoor light used for the illumination of parking areas, loading areas,recreation areas,or for any other private or <br /> public purpose,shall be arranged in such a manner as to meet the following conditions: <br /> I. Lights shall be shielded so that direct rays of light will not shine directly onto surrounding properties,except for <br /> porch or other lights attached to a structure that are non-reflective,and 100 watts or less; <br /> 2. Neither the direct or reflected light from any light source may create a traffic hazard to operators of motor <br /> vehicles on public roads, and no colored lights may be used in such a way as to be contused or construed as <br /> traffic control devices <br /> 3. No blinking, flashing, intermittent,or fluttering lights,or other illuminated device that has a changing light <br /> intensity, brightness,or color,or that exceeds twenty-five(25) feet in height, may be permitted in any Toning <br /> district,except for temporary holiday displays or as regUired by local,state,or federal regulations. <br /> The applicant has stated that,approximately,eight (8)external lights shall be installed for the concrete batch <br /> plant facility.The applicant is a►yare that all new lighting will be subject to the above lighting standards for the <br /> Industrial(1)zoning district. <br /> Q. MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE NOISE LEVELS <br /> Regulations its established by C.R.S. §25-12-103. <br /> The applicant has stated that the concrete plant facility will be located oil tile subject property such that this <br /> project will not enlit noise above the requirements at property lines,as regulated in state statute.
