If any fuel spill is encountered,the material will be removed from the site. Also,the Division <br /> will be notified in the case of a spill. Upon final reclamation, all equipment will be removed <br /> from the site. All fuel is contained on mobile equipment with their own SPCC plans. <br /> No problems with vandalism are expected. <br /> The permit boundary is along the fencing found onsite. <br /> The site will use all existing roads to haul the product to its final destination. All material from <br /> this site was used in the completion of NH0503-093. <br /> 4. Topsoil Handling <br /> Topsoil will be stored within the berms surrounding the site and the topsoil storage area shown <br /> on Map E-2. Once mining is complete,the topsoil will be spread across the site and seeded. The <br /> proposed reclamation seed mix is described in the Reclamation Plan. The topsoil will be moved <br /> with a front-end loader. <br /> Further details of topsoil re-distribution are discussed in Exhibit D: Reclamation Plan. <br /> 5. Schedule of Operations <br /> Mining operations will be dictated by the project schedule. Mining may take place six days per <br /> week for the duration of the reconstruction project. The product will be hauled to the <br /> construction area nearly as fast as it is produced. The operator will not have night mining <br /> operations. <br /> 6. Saguache County Impacts and Environmental Impacts <br /> Impacts to Saguache County include: <br /> a) truck traffic - for a short period of time (summer of 2020) <br /> b) noise—constrained to the short operation time (summer of 2020) <br /> c) dust-the pit activities will be watered <br /> Hooper Pit C-3 <br /> April 2020 X t:reg t.cwicki and Associates. <br />
