• A 30 foot wide easement between the Lot 50 well and the Lot 51 power drop <br /> that is described in three segments as depicted on EXHIBIT-1 and will be <br /> referred to as one easement (Lot 50 well to Lot 51 power drop). <br /> o Segment-1, beginning at the Lot 50 Well; a 30 foot wide easement <br /> running southward (trending generally north-south) approximately 600 <br /> feet in length where Segment-1 meets the existing easement described <br /> in the property deed. <br /> o Segment-2 runs southward approximately 325 feet within the existing <br /> easement described in the property deed as running along the west <br /> property boundary of Lot 50. <br /> o Segment-3 runs westward approximately 250 feet from the existing Lot <br /> 50 easement to the power within Lot 51. <br /> o The easement may be used for vehicular travel access (ingress, and <br /> egress) to the Lot 50 well and for construction of a power supply line and <br /> a water line between the Lot 50 well and the power drop location on Lot <br /> 51. <br /> • The right to utilize electrical power from the power drop at Lot 51. <br /> 2. Grantee hereby agrees to: <br /> • Lease the Lot 50 well right under permit #83819 for industrial use under the <br /> terms of this agreement <br /> • Install a pump in the Lot 50 well and conduct development tests to determine <br /> the suitability of the well to provide sufficient water (minimum of 15 gpm <br /> sustained yield) for the said industrial use. <br /> 3. Should the tests determine the well will provide sufficient water (minimum of 15 <br /> gpm sustained yield) Grantee hereby agrees to: <br /> 2 <br />
