WATER WELL LEASE & ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> THIS WATER WELL LEASE AND ACCESS EASEMENT is effective as of II day of <br /> January 2020, by and between Frances Barnett Lewis Trust, of 608 North Vernal <br /> Avenue, Vernal, Utah 84078, Grantor, and Uintah Mining LLC, a Nevada limited <br /> liability company, Grantee, with principle office at 6602 Ibex Circle, Naples, Florida <br /> 34104. <br /> WHEREAS, the Frances Barnett Lewis Trust owns multiple lots in the Skull <br /> Creek Subdivision, Moffat County Colorado (Section 35 T 104N R 101W 6th Meridian), <br /> including Lots 50 and 51. The Trust furthermore owns a water well located on Lot 50 <br /> (original permit number 126165, renewed permit number 83819-F). <br /> WHEREAS, the well requires a pump to be installed on the existing well and <br /> electrical power provided to operate the pump. Grantor also owns Lot 51 where a <br /> power drop exists approximately 1,500 feet from the Lot 50 well. <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee desires to Lease the Lot 50 water right and the existing <br /> well for industrial water use. <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee agrees to install a pump in the well, construct a power line <br /> or cable (buried or above ground) from the power drop at Lot 51 to the Lot 50 water <br /> well along a 30 foot wide easement (approximately 1,500 feet in length) connecting <br /> the two locations. Grantee also desires to place a water line, within the said <br /> easement, to pipe water from the Lot 50 well to a location near the power drop on Lot <br /> 51. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration, <br /> the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> 1.
