11 March 2020 C-198 1-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> Photo 1: Exposed coal seam currently being excavated. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Signage and boundary markers were adequately spaced and easily visible along the Knez Divide <br /> Road which is graveled, and therefore accessible at this time of year while mine access roads are <br /> not. <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points, (entrance and Knez Divide <br /> Road),were intact,displaying all required information: mine name,operator name, address, <br /> phone number,DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> o Boundary markers along the east boundary,Knez Divide Road,were in good repair, adequately <br /> spaced and easily visible at the time of inspection. <br /> o Blasting notification signs were placed at the entrances and appropriate locations throughout the <br /> mine. <br /> o Pond identification signs were prominently displayed in the vicinity of the ponds visited and were <br /> in adequate repair at the time of inspection. <br /> h <br /> Photo 2: Mine entrance sign at Knez Divide Road. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />
