The Haul <br /> Road was in good repair and well maintained at the time of inspection. Scrapers were observed <br /> maintaining the roads. <br /> o Access roads were either snow covered or,wet and muddy, and therefore impassable over most <br /> of the site. <br /> o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately. A small amount of water was flowing on the <br /> downslope ditch sections of the main haul road. <br /> o Culverts were inaccessible due to snow cover. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES—Rule 4.04 <br /> o The Ready Line appeared orderly at the time of inspection. <br /> o The three diesel tanks at the Ready Line were well contained with 3-4 foot berms that are covered <br /> with a rubberized fabric on the west side. <br /> o The surface of the Ready Line was muddy at the time of inspection. <br /> o The Ash Pit exhibited a soft surface with some minor tire tracks due to the thawing conditions. A <br /> number of benches are being utilized.
