Please indicate any areas that were affected during mining <br /> activities associated with 111 permit area. <br /> This is shown on the Exhibit C-1 - Mining Plan Map but is not labeled as such. I <br /> placed the area on the Map Exhibit C - Existing Conditions Map and labeled it as the <br /> 111 disturbed area. <br /> 3 . Please update the maps to show the approximate outline of the <br /> water reclamation basin and any conveyance structures . <br /> This feature was added to the EXISTING CONDITIONS MAP and the MINING PLAN MAP. <br /> Copies are attached <br /> 4 . Please update the maps to show the approximate location of the <br /> processing area. <br /> This feature was added to the EXISTING CONDITIONS MAP and the MINING PLAN MAP. <br /> Copies are attached. <br /> 5 . Please provide the Division the coordinates, in decimal degrees, <br /> of the proposed permit boundary corners to allow for verification <br /> of acreage and to allow for future permit marker locating during <br /> inspections . <br /> Attached is a map showing the directions and distance of each permit boundary line <br /> leg and the coordinates for each turning point. I have also included a list for each <br /> corner point and corresponding coordinate. <br /> EXHIBIT D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4) : <br /> 6 . Please clarify if any processing of material will occur at the <br /> site. <br /> Sections (e) and (m) has been revised to correct this. Limited processing does take <br /> place on the mine. The location of the processing plant area is shown on the revised <br /> CURRENT CONDITIONS AND MINING PLAN MAPS. <br />
