Prior to the rail spur construction the Applicant will have to submit a Technical <br /> Revision for the Division's approval. <br /> The Applicant acknowledges the Division requirement of submitting a TR regarding rail <br /> spur designs prior to rail spur construction and commits to submitting said TR at the <br /> required time. <br /> H. Please provide a statement that the inert structural fill imported to the site will meet all <br /> the requirements of*Rule 3.1.5(9) and in accordance with Rule 3.1.5(9)(c)please submit <br /> an affidavit, signed by the Applicant now, ensuring that any materials imported to the site <br /> for backfilling will be clean and inert. <br /> Please see the signed affidavit from the Bradford Mesa Quarry certifying that all imported <br /> materials to be used during reclamation are clean and inert included in Exhibit E: Reclamation <br /> Plan. A blank affidavit to be signed by each Contractor every time an import is made to the <br /> Bradford Mesa Quarry remains in the 112c permit file to be completed and retained on site. <br /> 13. The Mining Plan proposes to import concrete rubble to be placed in the mined out <br /> sections for backfill material. Please describe how rebar within the rubble will be <br /> handled. <br /> All exposed rebar will be either removed from the concrete it's held within or will be buried by <br /> at least 3 feet of acceptable fill material.
