For example, <br /> if the CCBV employee uses a model"25DL plus"by Olympus to conduct ultrasonic tests,then he/she must verify in wetting that he/she has completed a training course by Olympus or has <br /> been instructed by a competent instructor in the proper use of the equipment. This written record of training must be kept with the current SPCC plan_ Previous training and experience can <br /> suffice if the employee documents use of the equipment and signs a statement that he/she is compoetent in the use of the device in question.
