face another year in Court, but that is not anticipated. Procurement of quality timber
has began, so it should be here in Spring of 2020.
All this work is about Safety and a Secondary Escape-way. Also Excell Energy is terribly
slow in providing our secondary Electric Service, it now takes Years. We have been on
the waiting list (Power) for Three Years. We are progressing, but slowly.
The Metal Safety/ Closure Structures are in place and function Well, They will be
improved and always Locked and Secure. They are permanent and Very Secure.
In our underground excursions we have not encountered Groundwater, we did not
anticipate any and do not expect any at the current depth of our Shafts
In response to Citizen Concerns it should be noted that the eventual Plan for this Mine
is to have as little Impact as possible, Visual, Disturbed Area and Environmental.
The Plan is for little or no Surface Disturbance, and we intend to keep it that way.
Certain events including a Gondola Project appear to be taking shape. This will require
additional Cosmetic additions to our site to keep in character with development planned
by our Neighbors to the South.
While we have recently made our file Public the Mine Plan is not.
So briefly our plan is to
Make safe the Freighters Shaft
Before Hoisting Ore we may have additional requirements by the Mine Safety
people. This may include an additional Secondary Escape, if that is the case it could
take about 1.5 years to complete the Re Hab of the Franklin Shaft. This is Still an
Unknown. We know that a secondary escape-way is a must for a production operation
after prospecting. So we are proceeding accordingly.
The "bulk" sampling program is to verify the old records we have. Larger samples
give accurate results. We have 23 Blocks to Verify. We will not do all of them during the
prospecting phase, just enough to prove our point.
To Date, since the inception of the NOI we have;
2009 Cleaning and repair of Property.
2010 New Roof on Franklin Hoist House
2011 Metallurgical Testing on Ore from surface samples
2012 Visited Korea Zinc to discuss handling of zinc concentrates.
Rehabilitation of Freighters Hoist House.
