2013 Placed Concrete barriers on the Washington claim borders to delineate
claim boundaries. Remodeled steel closures on shafts to provide better
access to the underground workings.
2014 Underground survey and detailed engineers report.
2015 Detailed planning for underground access and Judgement in Clear Creek County
in favor of COAG re our Option.
2016 Rehab of Freighters Friend Hoist
2017 Installation of new Electric Service at The Franklin Hoist House
( still waiting for XCell to hook up.
2018 Purchase of equipment and supplies for the underground re-Hab
2019 Purchase of Hoist for Franklin Shaft. Tree planting and Landscape
+ lots of other work, The end use of this property is Mining. Everything we are doing is
to further that goal. The Definition of Mining is to remove a product for Sale.
Until then it is Prospecting. This is a big project.
The extensive legal work was un anticipated and not finished yet. This synopsis in
no way is able to explain the work and expense we have done.
The remaining work becomes apparent as we proceed. It will take time.
To Re Timber the Franklin Shaft may take 3 Years depending on availability of
Qualified Labor, Safety Concerns are Paramount. The project can easily take an
additional 5 Years.
Putting an artificial timeline on Prospecting Activities does not make sense. The bond
is in place and the site is in Compliance. Keep in mind, the US went into Afghanistan
and
is still there 12 ? Years later and keeps extending their timeline.
The Closures are in Place and are Extra Heavy, all that is required to make it permanent
is a lock. It is Locked and Secure.
Again No Groundwater has been observed nor is it anticipated.
Thank You for the time and consideration.
It should be noted that in my opinion, Contacts with Employees of the Division has
been Helpful and I find the Permit Specialists and Inspectors Strait forward and
Knowledgeable. This has been encouraging in this complex environment of Mining
in the State of Colorado.
Best Regards,
John J Miner
CEO. COAG Corporation
