B. Map,Sketch or Drawing. Show location and layout of the area of operation. Identify any streams, creeks or springs if known. Show
the size and kind of all surface disturbances such as trenches, pits, settling ponds, stream channels and run-off diversions, waste
dumps, drill pads, timber disposal or clearance, etc. Include sizes, capacities, acreage, amounts, locations, materials involved, etc.
Please see the attached maps:
(EXHIBIT C)"Location"is taken from a PDF copy of the"Hackett Mountain Quadrangle,Colorado,7.5-Minute Series. The area of
the claims is shown at a scale of 1:24,000,and includes all streams, creeks, springs and seasonal run off.
(EXHIBIT B)"Disturbances"is an operator created map to show the current areas of interest being explored. Prospecting activities
will primarily occur within these areas of interest but may also occur anywhere within the contiguous operation boundary.
-Approximately 2 to 3 cubic yards of material will be moved per day,1 to 2 days per week or 35 to 40 days per year, for a total
approximate material disturbance of 0.5 acres combined for all mining or prospecting activities, per mining season at all locations
within the contiguous operation boundary. All holes are contemporaneously reclaimed.
- No settling ponds, steam channels, run off diversions, waste dumps, drill pads, etc...are not required for this operation.
-No timber(trees)will need to be cut or disposed of on this operation.
-No vegetation will need to be removed or disturbed on a significant scale.Typically, less than 100 sqft per week,a
portion of which is re-planted during the process of contemporaneous reclamation, see(EXHIBITD).
- It is assumed that if an item or disturbance is not shown on the map or described in this MPO,that it is not need or required
as part of this operation.
(If more space is needed to fill out a block of information, use additional sheets and attach form)
-3-
