Response: Page two of the BBA Water Consultants document discusses a gap in the water
level data which occurred between 2009 and 2010. The short lapse in monitoring was due to a
mix up in the monitoring schedule due to a personnel change.
Question 5: "Please provide any relevant well abandonment reports. "
Response: The BBA document state, "The available abandonment forms are attached for
reference". We have attached the abandonment reports are attached to this document since they
are not part of the BBA document.
Question 6: "Please provide additional details that describe what is meant by `as available'."
Response: The monitoring abandonment reports are attached. At the time of the original
response,we did not know the reports existed. There was a sale of a part of the Company and
many of the individuals responsible for the reports had left seeking employment elsewhere.
Question 7: "Please provide to the Division a schedule for reporting the groundwater level
measurements that the Operator would be willing to commit to. Currently, it does not appear
that there is a schedule for reporting these measurements to the Division. "
Response: Please see pages 3 and 4 of the BBA Water Consultants document, Section
(Current Status and Need for Ongoing Monitoring, and Monitoring and Reporting Schedule).
