The Division's <br /> Questions are in italic font and our responses are in plain font. <br /> Question 1: "Please provide up-to-date location maps for each groundwater monitoring well <br /> set. " <br /> Response: <br /> A GoogleEarth ®map, Figure 1, which show the location of each monitoring well set. Figure 1 <br /> is part of the attached document prepared by BBA water Consultants. <br /> Question 2: "Please indicate on the maps, where applicable, any wells that may have been <br /> abandoned and the year of the abandonment. " <br /> Response: Page four of the BBA document(Well Abandonment Forms) discusses the wells <br /> which have been abandoned. The monitoring wells which were mined through were properly <br /> abandoned with the State Engineer. Two wells MW-7and MW-10 still exist. According to the <br /> BBA document,the two wells, "... are not accessible for monitoring purposes due to land use <br /> constraints..." and are not being monitored at this time. <br /> Question 3: "Please provide a graph for each well monitored that summarizes all well level <br /> measurements collected for that location. " <br /> Response: Attached are graphs for each well monitored which summarizes all well level <br /> measurements collected for each location. The graphs are part of the BBA Water Consultants <br /> document. Figures 2-4 <br /> Question 4: Please provide an explanation, on the graphs,for any major increases, or gaps in <br /> data that are known.
