Black Mountain Land Company, LP has <br /> since completed that purchase and the deed for the land was provided to the division on July 29, 2019. <br /> Exhibit 0 has been updated to reflect these changes,as requested in Item 25 and shown in Attachment <br /> 8. <br /> • Stuart Corbridge—Mr. Corbridge was added to the notification list at the request of Bijou Irrigation <br /> District. Mr. Corbridge works for Vranesh and Raisch, LLP, Bijou Irrigation District's law firm. <br /> Item 7—Mining Plan Map <br /> The Mine Plan Map has been revised to indicate it is now confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2 and has <br /> been removed from Exhibit D. Language in Exhibit D has been modified to reflect the name change of the <br /> Mine Plan Map. Black Mountain requests Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2, Mine Plan Map, remain confidential <br /> and has marked the maps as such per the allowance in section 1.3(3) of the Construction Materials Rules. <br /> The modified Exhibit C maps are provided in Attachment 2. <br /> Item 8—Scale of Mine Plan Map <br /> Confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2, Mine Plan Map, has been modified to reflect the requested scale of <br /> 1" = 500'.This has resulted in Exhibit C6 being broken into 2 maps—confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2. <br /> New maps are provided in Attachment 2.A modified Exhibit D is included in Attachment 3. Black Mountain <br /> requests portions of Exhibit D remain confidential and has marked the requested pages as such per the <br /> allowance in section 1.3(3)of the Construction Materials Rules. <br /> Item 9—Proposed Minimum Offset <br /> Confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2 have been modified to show the minimum 200-foot offset between <br /> the permit boundary and the affected lands boundary. In some areas,the offset buffer is larger than 200 <br /> feet due to structures, utilities,or easements in the area. New maps are provided in Attachment 2. <br /> Item 10—Proposed 1-76 Offset <br /> Confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2 have been modified to show both the easement for 1-76 and the <br /> offset buffer from the affected lands boundary,which is approximately 300 feet. New maps are provided in <br /> Attachment 2. <br /> Item 11—Morgan County Quality Water District Waterline <br /> Confidential Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2 have been modified to show the location of the Morgan County <br /> Quality Water District's existing water line running east to Morgan County. Black Mountain is currently in <br /> discussions to relocate the line around the edge of the property inside the offset buffer area.As shown on <br /> the maps, a 200-foot offset buffer has been included around the existing line as a precaution. Confidential <br /> Exhibit C6.1—Exhibit C6.2 shows the proposed relocation route around the southern portion of the project <br />
