Basically we will begin to mine on the
north end of a parcel of land in the SW/45E/4, Sec 29 just north of Sanborn Road and
west of the Black Squirrel Creek bed. Mining will progress to the south until we have
reached Sanborn Road. Mining will then transition into the next mining stage. When
mining starts we plan to strip a 5 to 10 acres area ahead of the mining face and have 10
acres for working area. Processing will take place on a 10 acres plant site located on the
entrance road near Baggett Road on the east bank of the creek. We expect to have 30
acres or less disturbed at any one time during the life of the mine. (cont. next page)
14. Please inclose maps of project operation, disturbance area and reclamation (Exhibit C.)
This will expedite processing. Your cooperation is appreciated.
15.
