The only pond observed holding water was the 9AP 1 pond in the pre law <br /> area of the strip pit. This pond held a small amount of water and is designated as a permanent feature. <br /> Pond banks appeared stable with no signs of erosion noted at the time of inspection and unless <br /> otherwise noted, spillways and headgates appeared to be functioning adequately.
