Two topsoil stockpiles at the edge of the prelaw <br /> area are associated with nearby ponds 9AP 1 and 9AP2. Other stockpiles are located near ponds 9AP3 <br /> and 9AP4, see photo 1 and map 1 above. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Backfilling and grading operations appeared have been implemented as permitted. To verify <br /> reclamation to approved approximate original contour elevation points were collected utilizing the <br /> following GPS technology: <br /> 1. Bad Elf GNSS surveying device paired via blue tooth to an Apple Wad. <br /> Maps shown below indicate the locations of these data points.
