No discharge from the pond was occurring. The primary <br />spillway was clear of debris and capable of functioning as designed. The embankment was well vegetated and <br />stable. There were no indications of erosion on the embankment. There are two sumps located at the portals area, <br />one north of the portals and one southeast (Photo 4). Both of the sumps inlets and outlets were clear of debris and <br />able to function as designed. No discharge was occurring. The road was in good repair. <br />No erosional features or signs of instability were observed.
