June 13, 2019 C-1980-004/McClane Canyon Mine CCW <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The office pad was well maintained and stable (Photo 5). There were no off site impacts observed. The <br />berms for the pad were intact and functioning as designed. No erosional features were observed. The facilities <br />pad located at the portals area was stable and in good condition. There were no indications of erosion or <br />instability. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 5: The mine office pad. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine identification signs were displayed at the entrance to the site. The signs displayed the required <br />information about the permit, the permittee and the division. The topsoil marker was on top of the topsoil pile and <br />easily located. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The topsoil pile was stable with well-established vegetation (Photo 6). There were no signs of erosional <br />features. The perimeter ditch was well vegetated and stable. There were no erosional concerns noted. <br />
