The revision proposed to construct one additional pond and <br />expand the Last Chance Pond for the B-Seam Dewatering and Treatment System to increase <br />additional storage and to improve the Deserado Mine’s ability to react to unanticipated situations <br />as they may arise. <br /> <br />Minor Revision 163 was received on January 21, 2015, deemed complete on January 27, 2015 <br />and approved on February 9, 2015. The revision proposed to add additional exploration <br />boreholes, vent shaft RS-12L and associated roads to the Deserado Permit. <br /> <br />Minor Revision 164 was received on May 28, 2015, deemed complete on June 5, 2015 and <br />approved on June 22, 2015. The revision proposed the addition of seven exploration <br />boreholes and one additional hole at the SH-4 site. The revision proposed to recontour the intersection of the <br />Haul Road and County Road 65. The revision proposed to conduct a geotechnical <br />investigation for the future B-Seam Dewatering System #2. <br /> <br />Minor Revision 170 was received on April 4, 2017, deemed complete on April 10, 2017 and <br />approved on April 10, 2017. The revision proposed to add an additional small pond (Pond 5) to <br />the B-Seam Dewatering System #2. Pond was proposed to be used with Pond 3 and Pond 4 of <br />the system. <br /> <br />Minor Revision 171 was received on June 7, 2017, deemed complete on June 19, 2017 and <br />approved on June 28, 2017.
