EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs
1. Establish reclamation cost,to reclaim the pit.
Overburden to place 0 cubic yards $0
Stock piles to move 0 $0
Top soil to replace 0 $0
Seeding 0 $0
There should be no reclamation needed for this project all disturbances are supposed to kept
In the boundaries of the pit. Haul road is the rancher's access to his field and pasture. They are using
the haul road. If something is needed for having some type of cost to figure. Then I would use
if the contractor went outside the pit boundaries and had some disturbances.
2,200 feet on each side with 20 feet of disturbance that would have to be seeded. That would be 2
acres. Seeding cost for 2 acres and mobilization. $1,500.00 per acre and$1,100.00 totals$4,600.00
s•
