6.4.5 EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br /> (a.)There should be no reclamation needed.There is no vegetation to be disturbed, no topsoil to be <br /> stripped and be placed and no overburden to put back. It's a creek bottom with sand. It will be <br /> left a creek bottom when finished. <br /> (b.)The site is a creek bottom, it will be left as a creek bottom when post mining is done. No <br /> Revegetation will be done, since there is no vegetation there now and none would grow. <br /> (c.)This land is a pasture creek bottom.The land will be left in the same manner as it is now. <br /> It will be a creek bottom with sand and no vegetation in a pasture. <br /> (d.) No top soil segregation, preservation, replacement,compaction,and no vegetation will be <br /> required for this project. <br /> (e.)There should be no reclamation required for this, if there would be it would be done at the <br /> completion of the mining. <br /> (i)—(iii) Not applicable. <br /> (f.) Should not require any final grading. Creek bed will be left level not impede any possible water flow <br /> No impoundments left in reclaimed area. <br /> (i)-(v) Not applicable. <br />
