Adobe Longhorn Mine Exploration Project Timeline: (Tentatively June I"-August 3IS) <br /> Employees Onsite: <br /> Two Full Time Sweetwater Mining Employees—Both hold current MSHA Part 48 5000-23 <br /> Miner Certifications <br /> One Part Time Sweetwater Executive—Less than 5 hours per week onsite <br /> One Part Time Mine Consultant/Geologist—Less than 5 hours per week onsite <br /> Exploration Fact Clarification: <br /> #1 No employees will be staying overnight, only onsite during working hours <br /> #2 Mine Portals will be locked during non-working hours <br /> #3 Porta John will be used for human waste <br /> #4 Maximum of 500-gallon water draw every 24 hours <br /> #5 Disturbance footprint will be kept within the mining area and access road as shown on Adobe <br /> Longhorn Exploration Map(Attached) <br /> #6 No pickup trucks will be fueled onsite <br /> #7 Sub Surface Mine Exploration is conducted to MSHA standards <br /> #8 Mine is currently dry and not leaking any waste water <br /> #9 Spill kits and first aid kits will be onsite during working hours <br /> #10 One air compressor will be used to power a mine drill/driver and also a pneumatic <br /> ventilation fan; which eliminates the need for a separate power generator onsite further reducing <br /> our overall impact and footprint. <br /> #11 Portable sign will be placed on the access spur road informing recreational land users of a <br /> mine exploration project. Sign will state mine name, mine operator, MSHA mine number, office <br /> phone number,permit numbers, and safety standards. (See attached Map) <br /> #12 Mine documentation,permits, and work logs will be placed on another portable sign next to <br /> the mine landing for MSHA compliance. (See Attached Map) <br /> #13 Fueling of the air compressor will be completed on the mine landings using no spill <br /> containers, and a waterproof spill pad underneath the fueling area to catch any spillage. In <br /> addition, a spill kit will be onsite. <br />
