No current or future plans to install a well
are known at this time. The 75-foot mining setback and 200-foot backfill radii have been
removed from the map as they are not currently applicable.
Screenshots of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) Geographic
Information System (GIS) Online Mapping database with P&A details for the two (2) wells is
provided in Attachment A. A copy of the revised Exhibit C-2 — Mine Plan Map is provided in
Attachment B.
6.4.4. EXHIBIT D—MINING PLAN
(e) Approximate Mining Timetable
Mining and backfill of Cell C is complete. Currently, the northern portion of Cell B is being mined
and backfilled with operations moving to the south. It is anticipated that Cell B along with the
eastern portion of Cell A will continued to be mined towards the south as depicted on Exhibit C-2 —
Mine Plan Map in Attachment A. Mining will then move to the southern portion of Cell A and begin
moving back towards the north around the outside of the portion of Cell A already mined. An
approximate mining timetable is given in Table 6.4.4-2. However, as aggregate mining and
processing is entirely dependent on market conditions, the mining timetable is an estimated
schedule.
Table 6.4.4-2: Mining Timetable
Mining Cell Size of Mining Cell Approximate Time Until Complete
Cell A 39 acres 5 Years (Partially Mined)
Cell B 23 acres 3 Years
Cell C 4 acres Complete
Total 66 acres 5 Years
6.4.6 EXHIBIT F RECLAMATION PLAN MAP
Though wells NELSON 9-31A and HAROLD NELSON UNIT A TRUE I were P&A and the
associated flow lines removed, according to the Surface Use Agreements (SUAs) between ASCI and
the oil and gas mineral leaseholders (portions owned by both APC and Noble Energy Production,
Inc. [Noble]), APC and Noble have the right to drill a future well in each of the well pad areas and
maintain rights to pipeline easements and access right-of-way (ROW). Should APC and/or Noble
choose to drill new wells in the future, the 75-foot mining setback and 200-foot backfill radii would
once again become applicable, if ASCI is still mining the property. However, should mining be
