The Operator will comply all with applicable Federal and Colorado <br /> waterquality laws and regulations,including all the standards adopted by the State Water <br /> Quality Control Commission. (Please see items 3.1.5 (10), and(I1) above.) The <br /> operation is not expected to intercept the regional ground water table or impact ground <br /> water. <br /> (b) Compliancewith applicable federal and Colorado water quality laws and <br /> regulations, including statewide water quality standards and site-specific <br /> classifications and standards adopted by the Water Quality Control Commission: <br /> The Operator will comply with all applicable Federal and Colorado waterquality laws <br /> and regulations,including all the standards adopted by the State Water Quality Control <br /> Commission. <br /> The operation is not expected to intercept the regional ground water table or impact <br /> ground wateras discussed above. <br /> (c) Compliance with applicable federal and Colorado dredge and fill <br /> requirements: <br /> This requirement is not applicable since no wetlands will be impacted. <br /> (d) Remove temporary or large siltation structures from drainage ways after <br /> disturbed area are revegetated and stabilized,if required by the Reclamation Plan: <br /> This requirement is not applicable since no siltation structures will be placed in a <br /> drainage way. (The exception is straw bales or other erosion control materials used for <br /> storm water runoff and erosion control, per the requirements of our Stormwater <br /> Management Plan.) <br /> (2) Earthen dams,if necessary to impound water, may be constructed if the <br /> formation of such impoundments will not damage adjoining property or conflict with <br /> water pollution laws, rules or regulations of the federal government,the State of <br /> Colorado or with any local government pollution ordinances: <br /> No earthen dams are proposed at this time. <br /> ;1 <br />
