Where will topsoil for this area <br /> be derived for reclamation? Is there an existing topsoil stockpile in this area, or will the <br /> topsoil be hauled in from Parcel A? <br /> Response: Parcel B will be reclaimed by being scarified and have topsoil placed <br /> on the surface. It will then be returned to its historical agricultural use.
